Very ornate large 19th century French mantle clock. Three sections. The bracket mounts to the wall with two eyelets on the rear. The main clock and the bonnet rest upon this bracket. The clock could also be displayed by itself without the bracket. The wood is hand painted with floral design. Enamel Roman numerals on the face. Rococo brass ormolu throughout. The clock pendulum needs a replacement clutch spring. Sold without a winding key. The brass is stamped "1885" on the rear. Clock itself is 35" tall 7.5" deep 20" wide. Total measurements on the bracket are 51" tall 9.5" deep 21" wide.
