Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Antiques are aged by nature and do have inherit flaws and defects that are unique to each item. We do our best to list and describe each items condition as we see it. All sales are considered “as is” with no implication that item will be fully restored unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase. If you have questions concerning an item we urge you to contact us to discuss prior to making your purchase. We are happy to share all details, photos or further information to help you make an informed decision.

Shipping

Shipping is available through 3rd party. We can recommend preferred shipping companies but we do not accept liability for items that have left our location. Due to the nature of the rarity of antiques if lost these items can not be replaced. We recommend using shipping companies that are accustomed to moving antique furniture.

Service warrantee & estimates

We stand by structural repairs for the term of 90 day from the date of delivery. Cosmetic repairs we will guarantee for the first week post delivery. Beyond seven days we will not accept liability of additional work for the original estimate paid. We do not accept liability for items broken as a result of mishandling that goes against our advice. Our service rate is $150 per hour as a general rule however some restorations are more difficult that others which are billed at a higher rate depending upon what is involved. Estimates will be carried out as described, no additional work will be performed other than what is discussed in advance. Any work that exceeds the scope of the original estimate will be billed for additionally.
